Team Nekokan [Neko] (Team.????[?]), literally "canned cat," is a independent J-rock band known for their video game-themed tracks. The "[?]" in their name represents their namesake; the brackets being an "E-can," or energy can, borrowed from the video game series Rockman (known as Megaman internationally), while the symbol ? (neko) means "cat". The band's experiences with the Rockman series serves as the basis for most of their songs, usually describing their suffering when trying to pass certain levels.
