Robert Taira Wilson is a British musician, currently based in Osaka, Japan. Gigging mainly in London and around the UK, Robert has also played in Tokyo and Ireland as vocalist and guitarist for his own band, Pacer. In 2010 his band won a slot in the prestigious 30/30 music competition organised by The Roundhouse in conjunction with EMI, and his song was recorded and released in December 2010. He has played at numerous music festivals including Latitude and the Turning Point Festival and he was also invited to write music for an advertising campaign in 2011 by BBH. Renowned for his extraordinary guitar playing, hypnotic vocals and passionate live performances Robert is now concentrating on his solo material.
